and processing costs making the turn key solution a practical and profitable operation

The process begins with the securing of used vegetable oil from restaurants and institutions.  greenGALLON solutions™utilizes their gpsSMARTank™ system to monitor and record used vegetable oil collections and complete the high touch – high service pick up process that makes our oil recovery model the best in the business.

greenGALLON solutions™ has developed an optimization tool that assists our operators in planning their pick up routes and scheduling to maximize efficiency and keep transportation costs to a minimum.  The system allows operations to monitor volumes and productivity for the hundreds of restaurants and other locations in each territory.

Once the used vegetable oil is brought to the greenMICRO™ refinery for processing, the highly automated plant produces high quality
biodiesel fuel which is sold locally for on road and off road use. Each gallon of Advanced Bio Diesel is monitored for quality
assurance before it is passed for delivery to the end user.
